Shipping policy

At Bo & Co. we pride ourselves on being timely from receiving your order to shipping your order. Our goal is 1-2 days to ship from time of order, with the exception of orders placed Saturday at 3 P.M. ET through Monday at 7 A.M. ET due to the closure of all post offices. We track your package until it is delivered to ensure packages are not lost. If you find that your package is lost, please reach out to us on our Contact Us link in our main menu above and fill out a contact card in a timely manner, and we will be sure to immediately respond. Bo & Co. will issue a full refund if your package is lost in the mail if the package is found lost within 30 days of shipping date.
