  • Processing: Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your pre-order to be fulfilled after purchase.
  • Shipping: Once your order is ready, standard shipping times apply. Local customers may arrange local pickup to skip the shipping wait!

Return Policy

  • We offer a 14-day full refund on pre-order items
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, and free of fragrances
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
  • Refund is issued once your return is marked in transit by the carrier
  • ⚠️ Custom orders are non-refundable — all custom sales are final
